I am the Sr. Engineer of Intelligent Automation Platform at PNC Bank, where I lead the Virtual Assistant and Document AI platforms.This includes design and build Enterprise level Automation Platform for Chatbots, DocAI Solutions and building DevOps pipline for ML models associated with Chatbots and DocAI.

2016
IT Consultant at United Airlines where I was working on developing Pilot Pay Component for Airline Pilot and Crews. IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) was used for Decision Automation, where all the business rules were developed to automate business policies and complex calculations.
2015-2016
Designed and built Process Automation and Decision Automation Platform Solutions at
Deutsche Bank. Loan Processing Products used these solutions to automate the business processes which saved around 3000 hours per year.
2006-2015
I was ODM Engineer, working on lending and retail online Banking Decision Automation Products like Online account alerts. This includes developing Java Based rules application with MDB Integrations and exposing rules app as REST endpoints.
